2018 Country Championships Nominations OPEN!

NSW Touch Football is pleased to announce that nominations are now open for the 2018 Country Championships to be held in Wollongong on Saturday October 20 and Sunday October 21.

There has been a few changes to the Conditions of Entry for 2018-19 NSWTA Events. As such, please be familiar with the following 3 documents:

  1. 2018-19 General Conditions of Entry
  2. 2018 Country Championships Conditions of Entry
  3. Player Transfer Policy and Clearance Process FAQ (NEW)

The closing date for nominations is Wednesday 5th September. For more information on this event please view the Country Championships Page.

Help to get the nomination for your affiliate started!

Although there are some challenges in organising a team(s) to attend the event, we hope the below information can kickstart your organising on sending teams to the event:

  • For Accommodation assistance please contact the very good people at Visit Wollongong. Call 4267 5910 or visit their website: Visit Wollongong
  • For Uniforms please contact NSWTA official High Performance Partner Inferno Sports.
  • For Referees please contact your Affiliate’s Referees Director or your Regional Referee’s Director. The minimum standard to attend is a Level 2 Accreditation. Level 1 Referees are encouraged to attend the Level 2 Courses in various locations prior to the event. For more information on this please contact

The 2018 Country Championships will be on Saturday 20th & Sunday 21st of October 2018 at Thomas Dalton Park, Fairy Meadow NSW – Home of Wollongong Touch Association.

Teams & Referees Nominations

Uniform Submission

Please submit your uniform designs via: 2018 Country Championships Uniform Submission – Closes 5pm Friday 14th September

Importing Players

If your team(s) are importing new players from another affiliate into your team, they will need to undergo the new online Clearance Process. Please visit the helpful links at the end of the Player Transfer Policy and Clearance Process FAQ to find out more information on this.
