Mudgee Touch Association are very proud to announce the introduction of a new and very prestigious perpetual award to their club.
Club person of the year in honour of Peter Spinner
Peter ‘Spin’ Spinner was an outstanding gentleman who put his life into Touch Football – from behind the scenes on committees to taking the field as a very well known Referee – No task to big for Spin and always willing to help Mudgee Touch Association in any way – a hard working and dedicated family and community man!
The very first Peter Spinner Club Person of the year went to the extremely deserving “Shoulders” family – Justin, Sam, Caitlin, Alyssa and Gemma
The Shoulders family, just like Spin, dedicate their time week in and week out to MTA – from marking lines, reffing, running canteens, organising juniors – You name it this family has done it!
We would like to thank and congratulate the Shoulders family for their tiresome efforts to ensure Mudgee TA runs smoothly and everyone is well looked after! A very deserving family to receive the first Peter Spinner Club person of the year!
