Southern Suns will be holding its Annual General Meeting at Yass Soldiers Club, 68 Meehan Street, Yass on Sunday 14th June, 2015 at 10:30am.
All reports, Notice of Motions, Special resolutions, Nominations for Board Positions and General Business items are to be forwarded to the Assistant Regional Director (Mark Thompson) [email protected] by close of business Friday 29th May 2015.
Meeting papers will then be circulated by Monday 1st June 2015.
