Field Officers will deliver Touch Football Programs with a school and junior focus, and earn money while doing it!

Field Officers must be over the age of 18, and attain a Working With Children Check. You must also hold a minimum of an ASC Community Coaching General Principles Certificate (however, a TFA coaching accreditation is recommended).

Field Officers can earn between $25 to $50 per hour (based on accreditation), with incentives to those coaches who continue to show loyalty to the program.

Delivering Sporting Schools programs is a great way to earn extra cash and help your club grow in junior participation at the same time.

Field Officers will also receive:

  • Coaching Resources
  • Development Opportunities
  • Uniforming

Once registered as a Field Officer, your details will be sorted based on location. As schools request a program in your area, you will be asked about your availability to deliver the program.

Sessions can run before, during and after school, while programs can last 1 or 2 days, or up to 7 weeks (this is all dependant on the school’s request).
